I didn’t start out as a Product Manager—but I’ve always been obsessed with solving problems. Early in my career, I spent a lot of time talking to customers, uncovering their pain points firsthand. I quickly realized that I didn’t just want to troubleshoot issues. I wanted to build better solutions from the ground up. That curiosity and drive led me into product management.
